SINOTRUK HOWO 6X4 25T Refrigerator Truck are used to transport frozen or fresh goods(fish, meat, vegetable, milk, medicine etc) of the closed van, it is equipped with a refrigeration unit refrigeration and polyurethane insulated car for refrigerated transport vehicles, commonly used in the transport of frozen food (frozen cars), dairy products (milk truck), vegetables and fruits (fresh truck), vaccine drugs (vaccine carriers) and so on.
It consists of chassis, cargo body and cooling system
If the payload is 3T~10T, we suggest to choose light duty chassis.
If the payload is over 10T, we suggest to choose heavy duty chassis.
The refrigerator box is made up of panels, sealings, aluminum plates etc
Optional box, inner mateials stainless steel, ventilating slot, panel protections.

Polyurethane insulation Box
Polyurethane insulation have good thermal insulation performance, we use the Germany imported material to ensure the quality. For the cargo box with 15 meters length, the thickness of insulation layer is from 90-105mm.
The size of the box can be customized according to your requirements, the length can up to 15 meters. The outer plate is fiberglass, we have the Netherland imported fiberglass production line, the fiberglass is easy to produce and maintenance, it don't need to paint any more. You can also choose the aluminum plate as the outer plate.
We use the Italy imported thermal compressor to stick the fiberglass plate and the insulation layer together, this structure is 50% lighter than normal materials and still have good theremal insulation performance.

For small size of box, we will match the system without independent engine, the cooling system could get power through the chassis of the truck, for large size, you can choose an independent engine, when the truck chassis is switched off, we can still run the cooling system with the independent motor. electrical stand by motor is optional, if you choose this one, you can run the cooling system with your home electrical power supply when switch off the diesel engine.
