The suction pipe network system of suction truck is composed of suction pump water-gas separator, oil-gas separator, four-way valve, anti-overflow valve, gas pipe and so on. The vacuum pump pumps the air in the tank with a certain humidity into the water-gas separator through the gas pipe, in which the water is separated, the gas along the gas pipe through the four-way valve, into the pump with the blade rotation and mixing with the lubricating oil, and then discharged from the exhaust port, the oil and gas mixture is separated by the oil and gas separator, the oil falls under the oil and gas separator, and the gas enters the four-way valve and discharged.
The water gas separator is equipped with a float ball. When the liquid in the tank exceeds a certain height and the liquid enters the water gas separator, the water level increases, and the float ball floats to close the outlet of the separator to prevent the liquid in the tank from entering the pump after being filled. The overflow valve is installed on the tank body to prevent the full tank of dirty liquid from entering the vacuum pump.
